If human beings have defined themselves through their ability to articulate a language, how would we define their ability to deconstruct it, destroy it, reduce it to its vibratory oscillation? Zang Boum Tuut is a show that looks for the outer limits of speech, explores its sonorities, threatens its definitions. To go beyond words and wander on the edges of our being, to put human presence at the centre of discourse. Because we are living in an era of major upheavals in our modes of communication, the play invites us to (re)discover the fundamental tool that is the voice. Pulling the strings of language to be touched by its folly more than its reason. A funny and quirky show that borrows from Surrealism. Joyous.
