Louis Yousfi is invited by the Collectif Sud Global to present her latest book. In it, the author of Rester barbare (La Fabrique, 2022) narrates the journey of an immigrant Algerian family returning to their motherland to bury the father. Throughout their journey, something unfolds: the secrets of populations who exile fails to erase.

Biographie

Louisa Yousfi is a journalist and writer. She was a resident at the Villa Medici (2024–2025) and will be a resident at the Jan Michalski Foundation in June 2026. She is the author of Rester Barbare (La fabrique, 2022).
