In this workshop, Nunu and Tam will share Dancehall and Female Dancehall moves and vibes, Twerk techniques, and two fun and simple routines. They both share a passion for Dancehall and will transmit how Dancehall and getting to know the culture in different ways, inspires and influences their energy, self-confidence, and pleasure through dance.

Nunu Flashdem is a Congo-Swiss dancer and plus-size model living in London.
With a background in different Circus disciplines as well as Dancehall and Twerk. She has danced at live events for Kranium, Charly Black and Cali P, and more recently as a video vixen for Palms, Wrstrn, Avelino, Not3s, Yungen and NSG. Nunu models for brands such as Named Collective and Burberry amongst others.

Tamara Alegre, from Gran Canaria living in Switzerland, works with dance and choreography in a field of research that revolves around sensual embodiments, fictions on sexuality and liminal physical states as choreographic tools. Their work is influenced by a growing passion for Dancehall and being involved in collaborative exchanges is essential to their practice. Alegre studied European Business and Psychology and worked as a music curator and tour manager until 2016. In 2018, they obtained an MA in choreography at DOCH, Stockholm. Since then she has created FIEBRE and NX FUIMO.
