Arsenic hosts and supports the Rebuild Gaza project for its closing weekend on April 12 and 13. The funds raised will be used to finance the construction of emergency educational spaces for children in Gaza.
Closing Weekend
On April 12 and 13, join us for a charitable weekend marking the end of Rebuild Gaza’s two-month campaign.
Throughout the day, we will welcome you with a rich and immersive program. In the morning, enjoy a traditional Palestinian coffee before diving into a series of cultural and solidarity-focused activities.
Through workshops, discover the richness of Palestinian cuisine and music, passed down and preserved. Explore stands selling Palestinian artisanal products—soap, olive oil, ceramics—and immerse yourself in their history through an interactive exhibition tracing the past and memory of Palestinian cities.
Come and attend concerts, performances, workshops, and conferences on Palestinian culture.
Emergency School Construction
All donations collected until April 13 will go towards building emergency educational spaces in Gaza through the Humanitarian Relief Foundation, which has been active in Palestine for several years.
These schools will provide Palestinian children aged 6 to 12 with access to education and a space for social interaction and psychological support.
Designed as prefabricated structures, the schools will be mobile and adapted to the situation on the ground. Each educational space will include eight classrooms, a teachers’ room, a storage area, and will be self-sufficient in water and energy thanks to wells and solar panels.
Context
In Gaza, 625,000 children are deprived of education. Humanitarian aid is being obstructed by the Israeli army.
