In the 2000s, young women working for Securitas were offered an extra 6 francs on their hourly wage to carry out a “special mission”: to infiltrate activist circles in French-speaking Switzerland.
These women created character studies for themselves, invented false names, false clothes and a false past. They pretended to engage in struggles alongside activists, whom they called their “friends”, for 28 francs an hour, sometimes over the course of several years.
The only company known to date to have benefited from these spying services is Nestlé.
A secret performance will thus have been offered by private companies, where the arts of performance, fiction and play operate directly on reality.
15 years later, Une Bonne Histoire brings this affair back to the place that should perhaps have been its own from the start: the theatre. Based entirely on the words of the many people involved, Une Bonne Histoire offers a counter-staging, carried by two actresses.
