La Manufacture – Haute école des arts de la scène, invited two internationally renowned choreographers to each create a unique piece for the group of eleven graduates from the Bachelor in Contemporary Dance.
La Beauté du Cœur is an erotic, peculiar, imaginary and powerful cantata for eleven voices, bodies and jewellery created by Finnish choreographer Elina Pirinen. The artistic stage seeps out the thousand colors of an organism created by one’s inner garden on a tightly formulated outer garden. This experimental cantata is sang and danced through the nature of the psychodynamical concept of ”free association”.
