Three unique directors – who have never worked together before – converge around their shared love of music hall, a hybrid genre where a passion for showmanship flirts with the risk of “once too many”. In a state of unsteady equilibrium, their creation envisages the stage as the place of all musical and human metamorphoses, of all revelations. Music all represents the moment when forces springing from the unconscious invade the bodies of the performers, making them do things they can no longer control. What appeared to be a simple leisure venture is transformed into a tragi-comic destiny that affirms the conquest of souls and bodies through tears, laughter, songs and glitter. This total spectacle combines music and dance, paying tribute to grace, excess and human fragility.
