Netti Nüganen / 23:00–23:45
performance
Netti Nüganen is interested in the question of locality when the influences of the dominant culture become part of a cultural identity: who do we belong to when the land, culture, and language have become commodities, and the only place we’re ever invited is outside? Experimentally associating country music and black metal, Netti Nüganen composes songs with the banjo, combining hillbilly sounds, punk-rock screams, fast-paced chanting, and melodic ballads. Netti Nüganen uses the performative moment as an occasion to format the ways of storytelling, with the wish to challenge existing structures and habits.

Enesi M. / 23:45–00:30
LIVE, LOVE, BLEED, live
In an aesthetic clash, Enesi M. fuses Afro-Latinx-influenced rhythms with heavy metal, dubstep, and gothic elements. She combines raw, guttural screams, melodic vocals and chanted lyrics, traversing the spectrum of emotions with her voice. Enesi M. opens up a space of magical realism, blending what can be seen, heard and felt with what can only be imagined.

miyroare / 00:30–02:00
dj set
In search of intensity, miyroare’s pirate remixes create mutating, distorted bangers. A mosaic of frantic rhythms, ravey-sounding instrumentations and (un)pitched vocals, miyroare’s sets split the thickness of sound, combining hyperpop, dubstep, industrial and edm. A luminescent energy emanates from this skilful, fluid composition.

Ed Lalo / 02:00–03:30
dj set
Many years ago, Ed Lalo left the Eduverse and was stranded in a strange place. Now he’s trying to escape and get back. In the process, he meets many new people. Some become friends, others become foe. Ed Lalo, aka edu.cation, multiplies his aliases over the course of his projects, blurring his artistic trajectory like a treasure hunt. Composing his sets of cracked sound materials and percussive rhythms derived from Andean references such as huayno and Peruvian cumbia, Ed Lalo provokes the derailment of frequencies.
